Summer Time

Summer is almost officially here, but in our house it has already begun.  No school, no (strict) bedtime, just lots of fun outside!  I just can't get enough of being outside.  Sitting by the pool or even on my patio I just love the warmth that summer brings and I really love the occasional thunderstorm.

Along with all of the great things that summer brings also comes the dreaded "I'm bored."  We have some great ideas to bust the summer boredom in this weeks newsletter.  There are also ...

Good Things Come in Three's

Win a $20 Chili's Giftcard!

I love food.  All types of food.

Mexican food.  Need ...

Summer Fun

Beating the Boredom Blues

Like I said in the Welcome article, it's only a matter of time - and by time I mean like minutes - before the dream of summer harmony comes to a (literally) screeching halt!  Don't be afraid - just be prepared!  Mount an offensive by having a wide variety of activities ready to go.  Make it fun and get a jar or small bucket and write out the ideas on pieces of paper.  Heck, that and decorating the container could be your first "I'm Bored" activity depending on the age ...
