Delicious Fall Apple Recipes
APPLE CINNAMON PANCAKES
1 cup all-purpose flour ( I use whole wheat)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup nonfat buttermilk
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 apple. Skin and cut out seeds. Dice in very small chunks.
Vegetable cooking spray
Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine egg, buttermilk and oil, and add to dry ingredients;

Crafts for a rainy day, or any day!
APPLE HAND PRINT CRAFT
What you will need:
White printer or construction paper
Brown paint for tree
Green paint for leaves
Red paint for apples
Paint your child's arm and hand brown. Press the arm and hand down on the paper as shown in the photo above. This creates the tree trunk and branches. Next let your child dip a finger (or five) in green paint

Every Sunday the kids, from 1 month to 12 years old, come and enjoy music, both by listening to it, playing it and dancing to it. Storytimes are designed for specific age groups. Please bring your child to the appropriate one. Baby Time is for babies up to 2 years, unless otherwise specified. Toddlers are 2-3 years old.
