Ingredients:

4 Orange Peppers

8 ounces of Whole Wheat Spaghetti  (it's easy to substitute whole wheat noodles for the other ...

Equal Exchange Fundraising

October is Fair Trade Month

We’ve all seen kids selling big name-brand candy for their school fundraisers and it raises a host of issues.  Where does the candy come from?  Is it healthy?  Who benefits?
And in honor of Fair Trade Month this month, we’ve found a solution that has the right answers to all those questions, Equal Exchange and their fundraising programs.  Equal Exchange sells chocolate, tea, coffee, nuts & berries, and more, and all their products are produced and sold on a “Fair Trade” model.  That is one that brings the farmer ...

Parents Need Their Sleep

and I found the perfect pillow to help me get it!

Sleep is something I think most parents can never get enough of.  It is one of things I tell myself that I will eventually get more of and hope that eventually it will uninterrupted.  So far it hasn't happened.  This is one of the reasons that the little sleep that we as parents do get is so important.
