- 2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Combine bananas, eggs, sugar and butter. Add blueberries and vanilla. In separate bowl combine: flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add flour mixture to banana mixture. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased muffin tins or line tins with paper liners. Bake at 350 degrees for 22-24 minutes.
