Everyone snacked on popcorn while watching the exciting new movie. The movie kept everyone's attention, parents included! In this Family Night Special event, the secrets of Sofia's amulet are revealed. The amulet gets stolen and used to bring the evil princess Ivy to the kingdom of Enchancia. Princess Ivy threatens to take over the kingdom and turns everything black and white! Rapunzel teams up with Sofia and Amber to save the day, and the kingdom.
A lovely story for all princesses and princes alike. It teaches a wonderful lesson of kindness, compassion and reminds us to be caring of one another. It also reminds us all to always be curious, adventurous and couragous!
After the movie we continued our adventures and made our way to the back of the room to craft our own amulet necklaces and magic wands. Cute and fun for all!
The photo booth was a popular area, where each child had an opportunity to be a king, queen or princess. Photographer Paul Maynard captured some amazing photos! Be sure to check out our facebook page to see all of them!
After the fun, we got out the sugar! Gigi's Cupcakes at Aspen Grove did it again! They continue to be the most sought after goodies of every party we have! This time they provided us with Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Strawberry Shortcake, Wedding Cake, and they always remember to have a supply of gluten free, to be sure no child is left out! (These were Triple Chocolate Torte...and so yummy, nobody could tell they were gluten free!)
Can't have a party without goodie bags, everyone left with loads of fun stuff! And an extra special thanks to Timbuk Toys for the creative additions to our goodie bags...a HUGE hit!
Lastly, we couldn't end the day without a few giveaways for our participants. Extra special goodie bags were prepared for five lucky prince/princesses.
And last, but certainly not least, one final thank you to Paul Maynard Photography, Inc. Not only did he capture the day on film so we can always go back and enjoy the memories...but he provided the big giveaway for the day. Congratulations to Emma M., the winner of the photography package for the Fairy Princess Portraits. We hope you have a wonderful time at Paul's studio and enjoy your photos!
