Happy Birthday Littleton, Colorado!

125 Years!

Looking for something to celebrate?  Why not celebrate with Littleton, CO as they welcome their 125th Anniversary on March 7 & 8?  The city was incorporated on March 8, 1890.  What a perfect time to get out with your friends and neighbors and honor the city we love!

There are many events planned all weekend long, perfect for everyone in the family! 

And it's not just the city looking to celebrate.  Many Littleton businesses and partners have major milestones in 2015!
  • Littleton United Methodist Church is turning 125
  • Arapahoe Community College is turning 50
  • Bemis Library is turning 50
  • Breckenridge Brewery is turning 25
  • Historic Littleton, Inc. is turning 25
This is such an iconic year, the Western Welcome Week board has selected “Birthday Bash” as the theme for this year’s celebration.  Look for a fun week of birthday themed events this coming August!

March 7 - 125th Birthday Reception:  Littleton will kickoff its 125th Anniversary with a fireworks display 7 p.m. at Ketring Park. Following the show, walk next door to the Littleton Museum for a reception sponsored by Breckenridge Brewery.

March 8 - 125th Birthday Party:  Wake up Sunday morning, March 8 for the dedication of the Littleton Community Trail at 9:45 a.m. in front of the Municipal Courthouse. Stick around for a free pancake breakfast at the Buck Recreation Center.  The fun will continue at the Buck Recreation Center gym from 10am to 2pm (FREE ADMISSION), where there will be games, activities and FUN for all!
