What You Need To Make This Dish:
- Bag of tortilla chips
- 4 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
- ½ cup of milk
- 1 bag of shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small can of green chiles
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 container sour cream
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, milk, soup and sour cream. Gently stir.
- Add the tomatoes and green chiles to the mixture.
- Spread a layer of broken tortilla chips on the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
- Pour a layer of the chicken mixture on top of the chips.
- Add a layer of cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Continue layering until you reach the top of the pan.
- Once you reach the top, cover your casserole with a final layer of cheese – this is the yummy part!
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes in the oven.
