Who do you ask when you want a honest opinion?
A group of 6, 7, and 8 year olds, that who!
Well, that's exactly what we did! A group of some of the most awesome kids and I were lucky enough to get to watch an exclusive preview of the newest original show to hit Netflix, SPIRIT RIDING FREE! While we watched two shows in the new series, the kids enjoyed a horse snack ("hay, carrots, and apples!) --- served in troughs, of course! DreamWorks even sent over some swag for our little reviewers!
Most of the kids had seen the new animated series' inspiration, the movie, Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron, and were super excited to welcome back the main character...especially because that main character is an amazing horse named Spirit!

Spirit Riding Free introduces us to a city-gone-country girl named Lucky, who isn't so sure about her new life. Will she have friends? Lucky need not worry...Pru and Abigail take her under their wings, and together, they are off on thrilling adventures! When Lucky finds an instant connection with an untamable horse named Spirit, she learns the true meaning of friendship, and what it means to be free!
After we watched both shows, I asked some of our Kid Reviewers their thoughts...
