Watermelon Granita ๐Ÿ‰

There's nothing more refreshing than a frozen treat during the dog days of summer and this Watermelon Granita is a simple, nutritious treat!


Ingredients:
  • 4 cups of cubed watermelon, seeded
  • Juice of 1/2 of a lime
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions:
  1. Throw everything into a blender and puree.
  2. Pour into a shallow dish.
  3. Freeze at least one hour.

  4. Scrape off the top, layer by layer, with a fork and serve with a garnish of lime or fresh mint leaves.
