Ingredients:
- French Bread Loaf
- 1 lb. ground beef
- Small onion, diced (or onion powder to taste)
- Shredded cheese
- Butter
- Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown the meat and season it to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and parsley. Set aside to cool.
- While the meat is cooling, cut the top of the bread as if you are making a boat or bowl.
- Brush melted butter inside of the bowl and add a bit of cheese.
- Fill the bowl by making layers of meat and cheese.
- Top with shredded cheese and put the bread top in place.
- Brush the loaf with melted butter and sprinkle it with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
