Lights of December Parade
Boulder ~ Downtown Area
In its 30th year, this popular parade through downtown Boulder features floats created and decorated by local businesses, churches, and civic groups, marching bands, lit fire engines, holiday carolers, and much more. The grand finale includes an appearance by the jolly old man himself!

Electric Safari
Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, 4250 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Rd., Colorado Springs
Celebrate 27 years of holiday cheer with 85 light sculptures on over 50 acres. Warming fires throughout the Zoo offer a reprieve from the chill, as do select indoor animal exhibits that remain open during the event, including the giraffe barn, African lion relaxation room, Wilgruen Elephant Barn, Rocky Mountain Wild (except grizzly bears), Asian Highlands, Monkey Pavilion, Scutes Family Gallery, The Loft, and Australia Walkabout!

Illumination Light Show

The Illumination Light show is a walk through Christmas light show. Themed areas such as Candy Land, Colorado Winter Land, the Nazarene Nativity, and a 75-foot Christmas tunnel synchronized to music playing on your radio. Segments of light show are synchronized to music. Just walk and enjoy the Christmas lights.

Light the Lights (City & County Building)
Civic Center Park, 201 W. Colfax, Denver, 80202
The largest lighting display in Denver can be seen at the City & County Building, located at 1435 Bannock Street, where 600,000 lights decorate the building. The annual ceremony takes place at Civic Center Park.

Blossom of Lights

This annual holiday lights extravaganza transforms our York Street location into a twinkling winter wonderland. Don't miss the interactive light display featuring a large field of sound-reactive, animated LED lights. Enjoy holiday treats and warm drinks in a souvenir mug.

Denver Parade of Lights

Countless sparkling lights, marching bands, giant balloons, majestic floats, and delightful characters make this the signature event of the Downtown Denver holiday season.

Zoo Lights

Zoo Lights spans through 60 acres with nightly entertainment, animal encounters, Santa meet-and-greets, and illuminated animal sculptures that swing through trees, jump across lawns, hide in bushes, and appear in places where they're least expected.

Grand Illumination

Join the LoDo District and the Union Station Alliance as they light Denver Union Station. Enjoy carolers and treats, drinks at The Terminal Bar, and the revealing of this year's holiday lighting of the iconic station! Union Station will be ablaze with brightly colored floodlights illuminating the historic structure in the heart of Lower Downtown and its lighted tree in front.

Santa's North Pole Adventure & Santa's Lighted Forest
Georgetown Loop Railroad: Devil's Gate Depot, 646 Loop Dr., Georgetown, 80444
Ride the Georgetown Loop Train with Santa on a North Pole Adventure. Each child 12 and under will receive a bell from Santa. Or, ride in the evening and see thousands of lights at the depot and in the Lighted Forest. Visit Santa at the Depot (Santa will not be on the Train in the evening). Free cookies and hot cocoa at the Depot on every adventure.

Olde Golden Christmas Lights

Experience Golden's lively holiday parade with cowboys on horses, floats, marching bands, old cars, elves on unicycles, the Grinch in his corvette, and of course, Santa Claus.

Lakewood Lights

The Heritage Center will be lit up in a spectacular display of holiday cheer. All of our buildings will be open to the public and decorated for the occasion. We'll be providing hot chocolate, cookies & roasted chestnuts, photos with Santa, and tons of holiday activities and crafts.

A Hudson Christmas Holiday Light Show
The Hudson Gardens, 6115 S. Santa Fe Dr., Littleton
This festive holiday light show returns for the 2017 holiday season with thousands of twinkling lights in majestic trees, visits with Santa (through December 23), and memories for the whole family. Stroll along a festively-decorated outdoor walking path as you sip hot chocolate and experience dazzling displays of color and sound.

Santa's Village

Chatfield Farms will be transformed into a magical village for this new and exciting holiday experience. Meet Santa’s live reindeer, take pictures with Santa, craft with Mrs. Claus, enjoy holiday lights, watch a short movie at Santa’s cinema, and find unique holiday gifts in his workshop.  

  • Open Fridays, Saturday, & Sundays from November 24 through December 24 from 4:30-8:30 PM

Holiday Lights Mini Golf

It's the most wonderful time of year when Adventure Golf and Raceway transforms the park to Holiday Lights Mini Golf. It is a fantastical journey through 54 holes of miniature golf, with over 100,000 twinkling colorful lights and beautifully decorated features throughout. Hot chocolate, s'mores, and select adult spirits available for purchase.
