We're Going on a Bear Hunt! 🐻

Does Your Neighborhood Have Bears?

By Christen Reiner, Macaroni Kid Lakewood-Littleton Editor and Publisher April 10, 2020

It's the little things these days, isn't it?

Art on the sidewalk, finding toilet paper at the grocery store, and spotting a bear in the window of a neighbor's house while you are on a family walk.

I asked around, and found out what neighborhoods have bears! If yours is listed, be on the lookout for these friendly Teds. Don't see your neighborhoods listed but you've seen bears? Email me and I'll add yours to the list!

The Going on a Bear Hunt movement was inspired by the book, We're Going on a Bear Hunt! by Michael Rosen and Helen Oxenbury. Thousands of families all over the world have placed a bear, or other stuffed friend, in their window for other families to "hunt" while social distancing during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic. Let us know if you spot any in YOUR neighborhood! 🐻
