One of my most favorite things to do with friends and family is to go out to eat.
So, you can imagine that I have visited a lot of restaurants in my day. Many of them are national chains, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Lately, though, I have found that I am making a concerted effort to patronize locally owned restaurants. I have really been enjoying checking out new places and especially, new food options! The only problem is that, without a recommendation from someone I know, it's a bit hard to figure out which restaurants to earmark for future visits.
